Missing You Now

If I seized every chance to tell you how I felt,

Let everything you say clearly make me melt,

Would I still be missing you now?

If I told you everyday, a thousands ways,

I hoped you would always stay,

Would I still be missing you now?

The chapter’s closed, the story’s been told,

The ending not quite what I had wanted.

The mistake’s been made, I’ll forget everything,

And you’ll just be another bad dream.

If you never left your smiles on the side of my face,

And you told me how easy I’d be to replace,

Would I still be missing you now?

If I forgot that summer where we loved,

And remembered every other girl you ever talked of,

Would I still be missing you now?

If I counted every let down just as much as every pick up,

If I remembered all the bad parts and never ever smiled,

Would I still be missing you now?

If I let myself forgot your name and lost myself in somebody else,

Wonder if I’ll ever love the same, if I did it again,

Would I still be missing you now?

The chapter’s closed, the story’s been told,

The ending not quite what I had wanted.

The mistake’s been made, I’ll forget everything,

And you’ll just be another bad dream.
