Take Action List

Hey, so in response to recent events and conditions in modern times, i think it’s appropriate that some level of thought be allocated to reduce our stress levels. Personally, i find stress to be effort consuming, and unpleasant. It also leads to numerous negative things such as insomnia and palpitations, which are definitely not cool or fun. If anyone does read this, maybe you should try this too, it’s called a take action list. You list things that can stress you out, and then underneath them list ways to accomplish them effectively. While I’m not posting my personal one, although it really does matter if i did because people don’t actually read this but…i urge you to do it. It was fairly helpful. Ready? Go.
